GE (NYSE: GE) is pleased to announce that another significant milestone has been reached in its strategic acquisition of Wellstream Holdings PLC. This morning, Wellstream announced that the listing of its ordinary shares (“Wellstream’s Shares”) on the Official List had been cancelled and Wellstream’s shares ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange as of 8 a.m. (London time). Fairmount Marine’s powerful tugs Fairmount Sherpa and Fairmount Summit have delivered FPSO Skarv Idun in the port of Stord, Norway. The two tugs needed just 92 days for the long distance tow of about 15.300 nautical miles from Samsung Heavy Industries’ shipyard in Okpo, South Korea. Full text

FoundOcean has been awarded the offshore grouting contract by SBM Offshore for the MOPUstor Phase 2 installation in the Yme Oil Field, North Sea.
