NCS SURVEY AWARDED CONTRACT WITH SAIPEM FOR NORD STREAM PIPELINE PROJECT
NCS Survey, of Aberdeen, has been awarded a major survey contract by Saipem S.p.A. for pipelay support during the inshore phase of the Nord Stream Pipeline Project, two gas pipelines linking Russia with the European Union via the Baltic Sea. The contract is valued at EUR 2m to EUR 3m and will commence in the middle of the year. Full text
BJ Services awarded major Gorgon pipeline precommisioning contract
BJ Services (Australia) Pty Ltd announced that it has been awarded a US$80 million dollar contract by Chevron Australia Pty Ltd to provide pipeline precommissioning services associated with the construction of the Gorgon Project, located off the coast of Western Australia. Full text
Aker Solutions wins major contract for two FPSOs in Brazil
Aker Solutions has signed a major contract with Petrobras to supply sulphate removal units for two FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) platforms which will operate offshore Brazil. Contract value is USD 41 million. Full text

Strategic oil and gas contract awarded Scana Subsea
Scana has been awarded "contract intent and instruction to proceed" to deliver finished machined riser forgings to FMC through its subsidiary Scana Subsea AB. The high Pressure Production Risers are intended for the Snorre TLP platform on the Norwegian continental shelf. The field is operated by Statoil and the production risers are part of their replacement program. Full text
NOK 24 million subsea- and deepwater contract for ODIM
A contract worth about NOK 24 million has been awarded to ODIM by an international customer. The delivery comprises two automated ODIM LARS launch and recovery systems for remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). The handling equipment is due for delivery respectively in first and second quarter 2011. Full text

FMC Technologies announced today that it has signed an agreement with Total Exploration and Production Angola for the manufacture and supply of subsea production equipment. The award has a value of approximately $65 million in revenue to FMC Technologies. Full text
