InterMoor, an Acteon company, has been awarded a preset mooring project for Shell Todd Oil Services offshore New Zealand, announced InterMoor President Tom Fulton. During the month of February, InterMoor completed the design, engineering, procurement and installation services for preset moorings in the Ruru Field. Upon completion of the drilling program, InterMoor will be providing the same services for the recovery phase. Full text

Oil and gas environmental waste contractor TWMA is to install and operate its offshore waste recycling system on the Stena Spey rig in the UK North Sea, currently contracted to Chevron. Worth around £1million over an initial six months, the contract awarded by Chevron North Sea Ltd is TWMA’s first with the operator. Chevron has opted to process and recycle drill cuttings on site as a more effective and energy efficient method of waste management. Full text

Nexans, worldwide expert in the cable industry, has been awarded a contract by DONG Energy, based in Fredericia, Denmark, to supply the submarine cables and related accessories for the Anholt Offshore Wind Farm. The order, worth around 30 million euros, also includes the installation and commissioning of the cables. Full text

Rolls-Royce, the global power systems company, has been awarded a contract by STX OSV Trading to supply technologically advanced anchor handling systems. The equipment will be installed on three vessels operated by offshore services company Norskan for use in deep water oil and gas fields off the coast of Brazil. Full text

FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that its subsidiary, FMC Kongsberg Subsea AS, has signed an agreement with ConocoPhillips Scandinavia AS for the manufacture and supply of subsea equipment and services for a water injection development in the Ekofisk field. The award has a base value of approximately $75 million and is subject to Norwegian Parliament approval of the Plan for Development and Operation (PDO). Full text

(NYSE:DVR) announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Pemex Exploración y Producción for the installation of a 20" inch subsea pipeline located in the Abkatun Field in 24 meters of water. The lump sum contract will generate total revenue of approximately $24 million and will utilize two of the Company's key assets. The offshore construction is expected to commence in May 2011. InterMoor, an Acteon company, has been contracted by Shell Exploration & Production Company to replace the platform wires on the Auger TLP’s lateral mooring system in the Gulf of Mexico, announced InterMoor President Tom Fulton. The eight platform wires that will be replaced on the Auger TLP are composed of non-jacketed spiral-strand wire. Full text
