ConocoPhillips Awards FMC Technologies $96 Million Subsea Equipment Frame Agreement
FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has signed a three-year frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. Ltd for the manufacture and supply of subsea production equipment. The contract includes an immediate $57 million call-off and is expected to result in approximately $96 million in total revenue to FMC Technologies if all of the subsea equipment included in the agreement is ordered. Subsea 7 S.A. awarded a five-year contract from Statoil AS
Subsea 7 announced the award of a five year Frame Agreement Contract, plus two 1 year options by Statoil ASA. The contract will cover provision of a dedicated vessel on full time basis, and associated project management and engineering support, for ROV based inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) work in the Norwegian Sea and North Sea starting mid 2011. The estimated contract value of this Frame Agreement is approximately $260 million. Full text

Aker Solutions has been awarded a letter of intent (LOI) from Statoil for the engineering, procurement and construction of a subsea workover system for the Vigdis North East development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Marlink secures new agreement with offshore and subsea vessel operator
Marlink, the global provider of maritime satellite communications, has secured a new three year contract with DOF ASA, a Norwegian based operator of offshore and subsea vessels. As part of the new contract Marlink will supply its cutting-edge Sealink™ VSAT services to an additional 20 vessels, increasing the total number of DOF ASA vessels sailing with Marlink VSAT services to 52. Nexans, worldwide expert in the cable industry, has been awarded a contract by Subsea 7*, for the design, engineering and manufacture of a total length of 143km of static subsea electro-hydraulic control umbilicals for the Laggan-Tormore gas field development, 125km West of the Shetland Islands in the UK. Scana awarded contract for West of Africa and UK applications
Scana Industrier ASA has through its subsidiary Scana Subsea won a contract to deliver finished machined work-over riser forgings to none disclosed customer. The initial contract value is approx. 16 MSEK. The contract contains additional options that could bring total contract value to approx. 25 MSEK. The scope includes forging, machining, assembly and testing of the risers. Full text

Clough and partner PT Advanced Offshore Services have been awarded a contract by ConocoPhillips for remedial work located in the Natuna Sea, Indonesia. The scope of work involves a mooring buoy, mooring chains, risers and umbilicals, in water depths of approximately 90 metres. Full text
