            <title>Noreco sells gas discovery</title>

            <description>Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) has entered into an agreement to sell its 20 percent share of license PL435 on Haltenbanken to OMV (Norge) AS. License PL435 contains the gas discovery Zidane-1 which was made in 2010. This discovery is estimated to contain between 5 and 18 billion standard cubic metres of recoverable gas. The second exploration well in the license is named Zidane-2 and is planned to be drilled later this year.</description>

            <description>Uruguay state-run oil company ANCAP signed a contract with the international company Fugro for the provision of geophysical services covering a complete aero-magnetic survey of Pelotas, Punta del Este and Oriental del Plata offshore basins. It is expected that after signed the contract with Fugro, the acquisition and processing of the aero magnetic data will last around six months.</description>

The well was drilled to a total depth of 14,098 feet (4,297 meters). </description>

The licence holding structure remains the same in this extension; Lundin with 40%, Statoil with 40% and Maersk Oil with 20%.</description>

            <description>TGS will commence a new multi-client 3D survey in the Tarakan Basin, offshore East Kalimantan, Indonesia in the Celebes Sea.  The survey, TBN10, is the first ever multi-client 3D survey for TGS in Indonesia waters and will cover in excess of 1,600 km2.  The data will be acquired by the M/V Seisquest and will commence before the end of this year, with acquisition expected to complete in Q1 2011.</description>
