Bergen Group Rosenberg has signed a frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Norway for future modification contracts on their installations in the North Sea (the Greater Ekofisk Area). The scope of the agreement is not defined, but the frame agreement opens up of for activities ranging from pre-studies to complete total contracts (EPCI). The agreement is valid from now on and until the end of 2010, with optional extensions for 2+2 years.
Bergen Group Rosenberg is a fully owned subsidiary of Bergen Group ASA, and an important part of the company's Offshore division. The main activities in the division are related to Rosenberg in Stavanger and Hanøytangen outside Bergen. In addition, Bergen Group Offshore has well-established operating units in Northern Norway.
