FMC Technologies Inc., acting through it`s wholly owned subsidiary FMC Kongsberg Holdings AS, has acquired 25,000,000 shares in Roxar ASA, representing 10.27% of Roxar`s outstanding share capital. Roxar is a strategic supplier to FMC Technologies of components for subsea and other applications and this transaction will strengthen the relationship between the companies.`

Applied Acoustics has recently announced the sale of its 50th Easytrak subsea tracking system at Offshore Europe, Aberdeen. The system is one of a pair that has been ordered by CaspianLab in Azerbaijan for use in their operations in the Caspian Sea.
